Agreement Before submitting a Referral Voucher

** Please be aware we are not able to Supply White Goods or TV's **
- MOPP stock secondhand furniture and household items, in good, clean, serviceable condition, that can help your clients set up a first home or those that are struggling financially to replace an item in their present home.
- MOPP does not stock white goods or TVs.
- Customers cannot self-refer, and only referral agencies that have signed an SLA can make referrals.
- Referrers must ensure clients' needs are valid and required.
- Referrers must notify MOPP of any changes to the requirements stated in the referral.
- Customers must make payment before delivery, where appropriate.
- Customers must be available at the property to receive delivery and arrange their own help to take items into the property. Delivery is to the roadside only.
- MOPP will not tolerate any form of abuse to its volunteers. This will result in an immediate withdrawal of the service.
- MOPP can be contacted by telephone or email 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. High priority issues will be responded to within one working day, medium priority within 48 hours, and low priority within 5 days.
PAYMENT FOR DELIVERY MUST BE RECEIVED 48 HRS BEFORE DELIVERY
